Named our AI service providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Pinecone, Microsoft Azure) in new Section 3.2.1 and restructured Section 3.2 to describe AI-assisted communications, AI insights/prioritization, team activity summaries, and voice features. Added Section 2.1.7 (Voice and Audio Information), Section 2.1.8 (Electronic Signature Records), and Section 2.2.6 (Form Interaction Data, with the commitment that typed form content is collected only on submission). Named principal service providers in Section 4.2 (Google Cloud/Firebase, Vercel, Trigger.dev, Twilio, Mailgun, Pusher, Daily.co, Sentry) and removed the third-party e-signature reference (signing is in-house). Updated Section 2.1.4 (Payment Information) to disclose collection of bank account (ACH) details, payment authorization records, and tokenized/stored payment methods for the new payment processing and dual pricing features. Named Payabli as our payment processor in Sections 2.3 and 4.2 and described the Contractor-as-merchant-of-record payment data flow. Added a payment authorization record retention period (NACHA two-year) to Section 5.1. Updated Section 1.3 to replace the fixed 30-day advance-notice window for material changes with advance notice effective on the date stated in the notice.
